BayCare Medical Group is currently seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (either a nurse practitioner or physician assistant) to join their cardiology team based at Winter Haven Hospital and Bartow Regional Medical Center. This position will support three interventional cardiologists with hospital rounds, consults, and outpatient clinic duties.

The practice emphasizes a professional and personally rewarding environment, fostering collaboration among physicians and advanced practice providers dedicated to delivering high-quality heart and vascular care. They are seeking a candidate who brings clinical experience in cardiac medicine to contribute to their team.  Acute Care Certification is required.  

This position will also include:

• Outpatient consultative and follow up care
• Call responsibilities inlude one weekend per month
• Ideal candidate should be flexible, affable, creative, energetic, and can show compassion while working with patients. 

Position requires: Florida licensure and certification NP-C or PA-C. Acute Care Certification  Clinical experience in ICU or cardiac medicine is required.
