Position Overview

BayCare Medical Group, the largest and most respected physician-led medical group in the Tampa Bay area, is actively seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Hematology and Oncology practice based on the campus of St. Anthony's Hospital located in beautiful St. Petersburg, Florida.

 

Some highlights of this exciting opportunity include:

  • Work closely under a seasoned MD, offering an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment.
  • One office location, within a large multi-specialty building on the campus of St. Anthony’s Hospital, a 400-bed facility.
  • No call is required, but responsibilities include assisting the MD with hospital rounding including one weekend a month.
  • On-site Radiation Oncology, along with many other specialists for easy collaboration.
  • Additional on-site services include an infusion suite, clinical laboratory, and imaging suite.
  • Access to a large primary care referral base and many in-group sub-specialists to both receive referrals from and refer to.
  • Opportunity to engage in both inpatient and outpatient care, treating a wide variety of patients.

Qualifications

  • Licensed APRN (Family or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner) or PA-C in the state of Florida (or eligible).
