BayCare Medical Group, the leading medical group in the Tampa Bay area, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join a well-established, multi-subspecialty group serving the Tampa Bay area for over 50 years. This position is primarily based at St. Joseph’s Hospital and includes both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, with a focus on congenital heart disease.

This accreditation through the Adult Congenital Heart Association (ACHA) demonstrates the highest quality of care our team provides for adults living with congenital heart disease.

Position Highlights:

• Manage patient care from pre-procedure planning through post-op and follow-up.
• Work alongside a dedicated, multidisciplinary Pediatric Cardiology and Adult Congenital Heart team.
• Utilize your congenital heart expertise to make a real impact.
• This position does not currently include any call responsibilities.

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Eligible for or licensed in Florida as an APRN.
• Congenital Heart experience required.
• New graduates with congenital heart experience encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for patient education and advocacy.
