BayCare Medical Group, the leading physician-led medical group in the Tampa Bay region, is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our established and busy Nephrology practice in beautiful St. Petersburg, FL. Located on the campus of St. Anthony’s Hospital, this full-time role is primarily inpatient with hospital rounding, while also including outpatient clinic responsibilities two days per week. You'll work alongside a supportive, collaborative team with access to experienced physician mentorship, making this an excellent opportunity for professional growth while delivering high-quality care to a complex and rewarding patient population.

Position Highlights:

• Well-established, high-volume practice.
• Outpatient setting within a multidisciplinary network at BayCare, offering a wide referral source from various specialties.
• Weekend rounding once a month and holiday rotation among APPs.

• Collaborative, team-oriented environment with experienced physician mentorship.

• Opportunity to care for a complex, rewarding patient population.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP); specifically in Internal Medicine.
• Board certification required, with eligibility to obtain a Florida medical license.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain hospital medical staff privileges.
• Strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and a collaborative approach to patient care.
