BayCare Medical Group, a leading physician-led organization in the Tampa Bay region, is seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established and expanding Gastroenterology practice in beautiful St. Petersburg, FL. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, outpatient position located on the campus of St. Anthony’s Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to work independently and practice at the top of your license in a supportive, team-oriented environment committed to high-quality, patient-centered care.

Position Highlights:

• Provide independent outpatient care for patients with chronic gastrointestinal conditions.
• Collaborate closely with a team of three experienced gastroenterologists offering exceptional mentorship.
• Conduct follow-up visits and manage ongoing care plans for existing patients.
• Practice at the top of your license within a multi-specialty setting.
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate, and patient-centered care.

• Licensed APRN (Family or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner) or PA-C in the state of Florida (or eligible).
• Gastroenterology APP experience strongly preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and clinical skills.
• Passion for patient care and a team-oriented mindset.
