BayCare Medical Group is a physician-led medical group seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our busy cardiology practice at Morton Plant Hospital, in Clearwater and Mease Dunedin Hospital, in Dunedin.  Our cardiology physician team is seeking a nurse practitioner or physician assistant to assist with hospital rounds, consults, and outpatient clinic that will allow you to enjoy practicing medicine in a professional and personally rewarding environment with a collaborative group of physicians and advanced practice providers.  The group currently consists of 17 physicians and 10 ACP’s dedicated to providing high quality heart and vascular care.  Our ideal candidate would have experience in clinical cardiac medicine.  

This position will also include:

• Outpatient consultative and follow up care
• Call responsibilities inlude weekend rotation between three APP's - each weekend is covered by one physician and one APP
• Additional call responsibilities include critical lab call done remotely with a rotation of 1:12- taken in one-week increments 
• Ideal candidate should be flexible, affable, creative, energetic, and can show compassion while working with patients. 

Position requires: Florida licensure and certification NP-C or PA-C.  Clinical experience in ICU or cardiac medicine is required.
